When your order is ready for dispatch we will send you a tax invoice and your parcel’s tracking number from startrack express.
We ship all orders from our own Sydney based warehouse – over the summer months we check the weather forecast before dispatching – if it’s going to be hot we do not usually dispatch deliveries on a Thursday or Friday as if there is any transport delays they could end up sitting in the back of a delivery truck all weekend.
