Once your order is ready to go, we will send you your Tax Invoice and Startrack Express tracking number – you can then check your parcels progress to you via Startrack Express

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. We check the weather and if it’s going to be too hot! Before you get your parcel we may hold it over until the following Monday/Tuesday. You should still receive your order in 7 to 10 working days.
